William Wragg

The government too weak to remove it themselves, and I bet they pressured him to not resign to save face from another by-election.

This scandal has he potential to be the most serious yet with dozens of tories compromising national security, may of them willingly so I imagine Wragg will resign his seat as well soon. He was already not standing again but to ensure that the guilty are protected he will resign as an MP asap and suddenly pop up in a directorship at one of the tory donors' companies.

I agree. Wragg is only the most prominent MP so far. We know there are at least 2 more genital photographers yet to be named

from the BBC. I thought this quote from the useless Richard Holden was quite telling:

The party whips have been clear that his decision to resign from his role was voluntary, although the party chair Richard Holden has already said it is "the right thing to have done".

Mr Holden told Sky News: "It's quite clear his career in public life is at an end."

As usual, the Tories are tying themselves in knots trying to 'move on' from this. This is surely going to be Starmer's approach at next PMQs and probably puts an end to any attacks on Angela Rayner having an impact. "£3,500 not declared due to duff advice when selling a house during a diviorce when she wasn't an MP? Sounds great... now tell me about the VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE 1922 COMMITTEE HANDING OVER THE PHONE NUMBERS OF VERY SENIOR MPS AFTER BEING CAUGHT IN A HONEY TRAP"

I know which incident will eventually be a BBC1 drama with Hugh Grant.
