Xbox or PS5

I own neither. I am mulling over getting one. So probably not an 'expert' to give advice.

I would probably go Xbox purley because the Game pass is superb. You even get big name first day releases on it.

Also looking around the xbox seems easier to purchase. I can pop down my local argos and collect today. I've not seen the PS5 remotely as available.

I've just found PS5 Digital + 1 x Controller + FIFA 23 for £450 and available. I was about to press the button until I checked this thread this morning and now I'm thinking I should just get the Xbox.

Not sure if Anyones mentioned yet but the ps5 haptic controllers are a game changer as well.

Hard to describe how good they are or how different they feel until you try them but once you do you’ll know why.

I manged to buy a PS5 (disc version) about 4-5 months ago via Amazon. They had none in stock initially but they had an option to enter their 'invitation system' when they got stock back in. So I went along with that.

Much to my surprise a couple of weeks later I got an email from Amazon with a unique link to buy one unit. The link was valid for 5 days (I think). So I bit the bullet and splashed the cash .

If Amazon still have that invite system in place it's sticking your name done as you have nowt to lose.

This is an excellent point. The PS5 controller with its haptic feedback is excellent. Think you will regret not buying a disc PS5 down the line, if you opted for Xbox. My opinion.

I'm a xbox fan boy... basically because I got the XBOX ALL ACCESS - XBOX SERIES X

Which is pay £28.99/month for 2 years, included is game pass ultimate. All I could get at the time due to limited supplies. I've played loads of indie games I wouldn't have ever bought. Love it

Same here. It was an absolute no brainer of a deal. I to have also tried games and kept on playing them because of the game pass. It's a fantastic concept for gamers.
