Yaya Sanogo failed his medical with boro due to being several stones overweight apparently.. potentially taking a month to get fit.
was that back in August? you would have thought he would have been grafting to get back into shape since then.

Oumar Niasse in talks with Huddersfield for a free transfer.. I thought this one might come off for boro with Warnock and Bolasie being a big pull. Unless the idea of bringing in Yannick is to play him in the middle.

I doubt we have any financial 'wiggle room' for a forward due to Britt staying. I am sure we would have seen a target man if Britt had moved on.

I never understood why he would have moved with 6 months to go. He's on good money (very good) and will have the pick of 4-5 clubs in the summer. I just hope he doesn't down tools as we've made it clear we wanted to live him on (I doubt we'd notice if he did).

One of our 3 forwards needs to start scoring if we want to put a real run together.
 
Wilfred Bony has been offered to us. Oumar Niasse will have work permit issues. This is why his move crashed to West Brom.

Very true stuff mate. On transfer deadline Adama Diomande: agent offered his client services to the club. The club had other ideas in the end.
 
If a footballer has been out of work since last March then 'offered to us' doesn't mean anything.

I imagine they have been offered to everyone. I'm sure Medez Lang was ordering a taxi the moment he got wind we wanted him. He's not played since Sep.

I’m sure Warnock was on the blower to Mendez Laing as soon as his contract was cancelled!
