Yet more….

If you cannot afford a few pence a minute while on holiday then stay at home. It was only a few years ago free roaming came it and it did not bother me prior to that. But hey the Country voted and being a democratic Country we are it was done. No turning back, so we have to live with it.
What's your view smallTown, just dangling a tiddler here for a bigger fish. 🎣🎣🎣🎣

No,

Wi-Fi is everywhere, shops, restaurants, bars, city/town centres etc...
No it isn’t, not in the whole of the EU. And not outdoors (except in Estonia that I’ve found) so it’s definitely worse.
That’s the insane thing about Brexit isn’t it? Every failure, every problem it’s has caused, the solution is always worse than what we had. If there is a solution at all. Yet some people think it’s a good idea even if (at best) it has just made everything slightly worse and more difficult for us. That’s the insanity I can’t comprehend. Some people on here still support Brexit. Yet the most “support” they can give it is explaining how it’s only a little bit worse than what we have lost. It’s an insane position to take as far as I’m concerned

WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT, NOWT, or move to Europe but I think we have been down this road before.
Let it go.

Happy Brexit Day.🍻✌️

This is nothing new and has isn't to do with Brexit. Roaming with O2 is currently subject to a 25Gb per month "fair use" policy after which you will be charged £3.50 per Gb.

As a comparison, Three in Ireland offer a 16Gb "fair use" policy and charge 37c per Mb after that in EU countries.

25Gb is a hell of a lot of data

Where in the EU do they not have Wi-FI?
Pretty much every country I have visited I’ve only ever been in one that has WiFi outdoors as I have said and every other country you’re not guaranteed it in a bar or restaurant or museum and virtually never in a store

It has everything to do with Brexit. Terms and conditions have changed because we’re no longer an EU country. It’s 100% to do with Brexit. Even a blinkered and insanely stubborn brexiteer would struggle to argue that one

What countries have you visited?

I have been to France, Germany, Spain, Czech Republic and Italy. All of them have Wi-FI in the places i have stated.
