19 Leicester Councilors Stood Down.

Critical Thinking doesnt appear to be one of your strengths.
An NHS on it's knees and people dieing in their thousands because of it
The old and the young sat in the cold with no heating
Hard working families driven into endless debt, destitution and hopelessnes
Those in desperate need of our sanctuary deported to Rawanda
An economy on it's knees
The poor man of Europe, with a GDP to be overtaken shortly by former East European Countries
A legal system shot to bits through desperate under funding
Etc Etc Etc

Thats the all the critical thinking I need and that's what is important.

I was referring to your assertions about the Labour Leadership and particularly your use of slogans and smears, rather than logical discourse and reflection.

One good thing Corbyn did do for us though.......... consigned the looney left back to where it belongs, lala land.

You post a smear about Starmers legal record and then whinge about smears :ROFLMAO:

Here's some refection....

The worst Labour General Election Performance since 1935
The biggest Tory Majority since the 1980s
Crashed in local elections
Crashed in European Elections
Supported anti-semites
Resonsible for another horrific Tory Term

And you're left wing how? Or maybe you're not?

You hate Corbyn and will no doubt pretend you voted for him but openly state you are opposed to him? 🤔

The looney left? I even stated I can overlook housing which is one of the nation's biggest crisses or rent but there has to be some left wing policies which there aren't

But Starmer is not just offering centrism but full on right wing policies

Why can't there be a left wing party? Like honestly why not?
It's a beautiful ideal, socialsm, a lovely dream and certainly something to want.
But it will never happen and never has been successfull anywhere. Ever.

The voting population don't want it, it's a notion consigned to the past.

So it's a lesser of two evils, one f&^$£ horrific in the Tories again and one not as bad in a centrist party which is where Labour will be with Starmer.

Give me Starmer and Raynor any day of the week over Sunak and whoever the deputy is.

And none of this was going on before Corbyn, Ì suppose. I must have just imagined all the poverty I've seen since going back to work in Grangetown 13 years ago. Never owned a duffel coat or worn desert boots by the way. What a wonderful level of discourse you have.

The NHS? The fire brigade? Schools? Armed forces? Are you saying you'd privatise them all then? That they aren't successful?

Of course Corbyn was a vote loser. He would have cost the majority of people money through redistribution of wealth. People generally think that those earning more than them should be paying more. Not that they should be paying more.

The manifesto position on tax was an increase for those on £85k+ wasn't it? And taking away non-dom status. I doubt that's a majority of people, given it's something like 3 times the median wage.

Discourse indeed. :ROFLMAO:

And that makes it OK, the fact that there's always been poverty. Jesus.
But it carried on and got infinitely worse because of Corbyn giving us the Tories.

I'm very bitter about it. Bitter that its happening and bitter that people still put their unrealistc juvenile politics in front of reality and are happy for another Tory term because of it.

Housing. He made steps to fix it. The majority benefit from a broken housing market. Speaking to a friend of mine who bought a flat I don't know 15 years ago? She made 100000 through house prices rising. As she said it's terrible that people are being priced out of housing but the money has come in handy. Costing people sums like that is a vote loser.

We don't have an offer of socialism we have aspects of it offered like the NHS but morons think the USA insurance model will be better

In the 1930's we had slums and there was a socialist consensus to create social housing which improved the working workforce by moving people out of poverty and made us more productive but improved inequality

It also led to a housing boom where rents were not dictated by landlords but by a public sector which reduced rents and made housing affordable

Course Thatcher destroyed that as did Blair and the Boomers have completely destroyed the housing market yet blame the politicians they voted in 🤷🏻‍♂️

What have we got capitalism and your idea is remove the Tories so Labour can keep the same sytem? You're a bit thick zzzz
Struggling when you resort to insults. Try and be better. :)

A whole host of countries have their power companies, rail companies, water companies publicly owned. Even Texas has it's power company state owned. When these socialist ideas are polled in our country, they are extremely popular, even a sizeable proportion of Tory voters support it. Socialism popular, who'd have thought it? Not to mention roads or social services, adult and children's social care. Waste management, pest control, licensing departments,, trading standards. What's socialism ever done for us?

Fair enough, see what you're getting at there.

Tallies with the age demographics for Labour voters at the last two elections also.

Bit hypocritical?
Not really. I've just generalised as opposed to calling an individual an idiot.
They used to stand on the High Row in Darlo when I was a kid, That was the uniform. Add long greasy hair and no girlfriends and you're getting there.

All tongue in cheek of course but if anyones getting really worked up about being accused of wearing duffle coats and camel boots I'm really really triple really sorry.
