They will do visitor permits as well, when I was a student and lived in a permit only area of Middlesbrough I got 1 permit for me and 2 visitor permits., I expect they charge extra for them nowadays though.

Do you honestly think that Stewart Park is a safe car park?

The wife worked for Askham Bryan College and was based there, she would tell you differently. Even the cars stored in the staff car park at the back of the college got targeted.

There is no such thing as a safe car park in Middlesbrough or the surrounding areas.
