The dictator at large - but thankfully not for long - still rambling on about fraud without a shred of evidence, without a credible witness and without any consideration for burning down democracy. On the positive side we have his incriminating call to try to turn an election through coersion.

IT won't be goodbye unless he goes to prison, he will continue this nonsense regardless of not being in power.
