We have patience but if want things to happen this season we need to wheel and deal. If not we will just fall short I feel. I will be gutted though as there is a real chance of a successful season

Not sure on Morsy me. Really concerned by his performances.

Indeed, but to get shot there has to be someone willing to take. I’m sure we are actively inviting offers on these two. Just takes time and patience.

His injury was a while ago now, he looks overweight to me. Needs a spell out of the side and to work his way back in and show his best form . He’s not in our best team at the minute

The thread was about players who aren’t good enough to play for us and that needed to be improved on. Not sure what your point is

Exactly. I’m not writing him offf completely but he shouldn’t be in the team at the moment and should work his way back in. He’s Definetly put a bit of extra weight on and is mis timing tackles
 
I know it's now the fashion on here to slate Wing every match, but I just don't agree. 🤷‍♂️ reasonable player who's last two appearances have been in minging team performances which stops him being able to play where he's effective - edge of the other teams box. I doubt his wages are anything ridiculous. Bombing him out this window would probably make a very marginal difference to the finances Warno has available to bring anyone in. And it's not like he's a big name that has to start and has been keeping more deserving players out the side. He's barely played this season.

Assombalonga meanwhile has been devasstating for the club. The amount of money that's gone in to having him play for us, and for such little return. For that sort of money we should have a player that can come on in a rubbish team performance and nick us a point.

I don't think they're comparable. Ones a gamble that has basically already paid for himself tbh, the other is a financial black hole that's held the club back for 3 years.
