It's not England who are moaning about the pitch but all of the hangers on in the media and those moaning on here need to have a reality check, its the same lot who were banging the drum when Dom Bess got his 5for with his long hops and full tosses being caught in the deep
 
Indian batsman have showed that once you get settled in then the pitch isn’t that bad. Still expecting us to be done by lunch tomorrow though

Ashwin making the pitch looking ordinary, maybe we cannot rely on joe root pulling england out of the **** every game, the majority of englands top order batsmen average 30, that is the reason we see these types of performance. Blaming the pitch is giving the likes of rory burns excuses to keep on with his mediocre england career, if he was a bowler he's have been discarded 12 months ago

Good post, problem is theres a lack of options for the top 3 slots.
At the risk of putting the mockers on I think sibley could be the answer to one of those spots.

Sibley has been getting better every game. Definitely not sure on the other opener and number 3
 
I am not sure how they are allowed in the ground but it's brilliant to hear genuine crowd noise after months of piped in rubbish.
