The point is that some of the most successful managers at this level over the last 2 or 3 seasons none of us had heard of or if we had heard of them we never would have expected them to get the job they got, Scott Parker for example. You don’t need to name Warnock’s replacement for it then to be a good idea to get rid, as the above post said, that’s Scott’s job and I’m sure he knows what he’s looking for since he has experience with Farke. You're cherry picking successes there though aren't you.
The fact of the matter is getting one of these managers and it working is rare and they often get found out after a while anyway.
I'm sure if there was a manager we thought was a great fit and was available we'd be assessing the option.
If you're going to say "oh there's loads of better options" then at least name some?
I would prefer a different manager over Warnock but getting rid of him to bring in someone who isn't quite what we actually want because we haven't fully identified what we want or don't believe the market is right to get what we want in a manager, would be a step backwards not forwards and would be yet more upheaval.
I’m not saying that we have to go for an unknown but that there are loads of managers out there that the club or Scott will be aware of that none of us have a clue about. All that matters is that Warnock is doing a poor job and he needs to go.
