The more you don’t sleep the more you worry and become anxious and it’s a viscous circle. Doc prescribed me mirtazapine to treat sleep anxiety. Taken at night because it also has sedative effect, but it’s not a sleeping pill as such, so you’re not restricted to just a few weeks of taking them...
