Good news if true. I was in the "not that bothered" group when I heard we'd signed him, probably because I'd always considered him a wind up merchant. However, having seen how well he's done and how he's slotted into the team dynamic then I'm really pleased both parties want to get a deal done.
As yet another player who's clearly loved playing under Carrick it only makes me more certain that we have to back him and give him (and keep) the players to get us promoted.
