I can see this one happening. He fits the model, we’ve shown interest in the past and they need to generate cash.
A Leicester fan at work rates him and doesn’t understand why he hasn’t played more.
He is a key part of the squad. His final ball could be better but he still contributes plenty.
His pace makes us a threat on the break and he offers protection to the full back that has been non existent on the left this season.
Never a pen.
If a striker was swinging for a shot in the box and a defender hooked the shooting leg without touching the ball it would be a pen. This is a foul by Gordon not on him.
Thomas was dreadful. No idea how he made it back out after half time. Definitely needed hooking. No excuse to play him when we have Engel fit who at least gets stuck in.
The formation isn’t the main problem. The lack of mixing it up is killing us. Our success against Leicester was built on a quicker turn over.
We should be passing it out sometimes but also mixing it up with channel balls. This would make us much harder to defend against. At the minute we have...
hopefully he stays fit for the run in and starts most games. We need to build for next season and he can be a big part. His pace will give us options for sure.
Realistically we need another striker. Two of we decide to love Coburn out on loan.
I would agree. It’s the same for walk up prices too. I live over two hours drive away so I don’t have a season ticket. I’ve took my lad to a fair few games home and away this season. Adult prices are similar but an under 12’s tickets is often 3 or 4 times more for a home game.
Surely we want to...
we are basically playing Barlaser to sit right near Fry because he can’t play out. The two of them combined are dreadful.
If we want to play this way we need to get a better centre half who can pass quicker and a more mobile defensive midfielder.
We missed our pace with jones and lath. Also, they had the weekend off and that was always going to be a massive advantage on top of the billion pound squad and our injuries
I can’t see how Carrick can change much with the constant injuries. We’re building a good team with a good manager but we need to look at what’s going wrong with injuries.
A decent amount seem to be muscle problems so it could be training or warm ups not being done properly.
Never a red. Clucas tried to block him and ended up getting caught. Rolled around like a like a fanny and then tried to act hard offering him out. All his own doing and came off looking very silly.
