I think both are bottom half championship players. If we want to push top 6 they both need to be squad players at best.

we are basically playing Barlaser to sit right near Fry because he can’t play out. The two of them combined are dreadful. If we want to play this way we need to get a better centre half who can pass quicker and a more mobile defensive midfielder.

I can’t see how Carrick can change much with the constant injuries. We’re building a good team with a good manager but we need to look at what’s going wrong with injuries. A decent amount seem to be muscle problems so it could be training or warm ups not being done properly.
