Something tells me they've sold out and their software isn't good enough to actually tell you this, so it just keeps looping.

It's put me in a new queue 4 times now haha, I'm starting to think they've sold out.

I might open a new browser and try again but can't see it working.
 
I've just rang the retail 01642 929422 number...

Press option 1 for the store, option 2 for e-commerce... tried both on two separate calls on 2 different phones.. pressing either 1 or 2 doesn't work and it just repeats the options.

They really are useless at everything apart from football aren't they.

I've tried about 10 times to process the payment and it just won't go through.. refreshes and refreshes a queue.

Going to go down.. no doubt they'll have only ordered 3 in each size for the store.

Yep.

Very amatuerish at times. The fact you could only buy a shirt this year in about a 6 week window in October and they had none in stock for Christmas is farcical.

It's why it's a bit annoying when they insist they have to increase ticket prices. I understand their argument, but at the same time they seem pretty slack on maximising other revenue streams.

Either every penny counts so you have to get as much money out of fans as possible or it doesn't? Which is it?
 
Yeah been in the payment queue since about 9.20am - been put to the back of the queue god knows how many times - tempted to refresh to see if that makes a difference!

Are you paying on credit card? I changed cards and it went through straight away on ipad while laptop doing the same as you
 
I recently sold both the home and away originals on ebay. They were large and in my parents loft vacume packed so really good condition.

I received £92 for the away and £82. for the home. Clearly people are keen 😂
