Ajax line up announced

Can we stop posting akpom updates. Hes gone, forget it, nobody's intrested anymore.
I don't necessarily mind with Akpom cause he's only JUST left, and was so good last season, but I did choke a bit the other week when someone started a thread with a Tomas Kalas update.

Just imagine though:
We bank the £12m or whatever
Then we pay Chuba the contract he wanted anyway (funded by the fee)
Great stuff (y)(y)

To who? Ajax are finding out we had their pants down. Loved what he did for us last season but I think the only thing 'Prem' about him is his wages.

He's only played 131 minutes of football for them and they're having their worst start to a season in ages, almost all of which has been when he's not been on the pitch...

They've found out **** all yet, he's barely had a chance to play yet, and they've played him out of position in each of his brief appearances.

Opinions. For me he's a very good championship player not a champions league player. Their coaching team have apparently been surprised at his lack of technical ability from what I have read and that was always my concern with him. His goals last season speak for themselves but his general play always seemed a bit clumsy to me. If he is that good and Ajax are that bad at the moment, he should be the first name on the team sheet.

Akpoms girlfriends turned up. 👀

DM babe it'll work out for him

Good one...

Just think it's bizarre how many scorned Boro fans are trying to rewrite how brilliant he was for us last season and are almost willing him to fail because he signed for a bigger club for much more money.

He didn't fluke 29 goals, he was technically excellent for us last season and key to almost everything good we did in a period with the best football we've played in a long, long time.

He was treated poorly repeatedly by the club, and some fans still act like he owed us everything, when it was his own hard work against the odds that gave him last season.

He was brilliant and if he changes his agent and if he can fit in the Boro wage structure I would love to see him back. I just don't see him ripping it up in the premier league.

No that’s football. He was onto a great thing football wise with us, but that created a great opportunity for a big money move. I can’t blame Chuba and his agent for chasing the cash, but perhaps he’ll regret it when he looks back on his career? Guess that depends on his motivation?

He'll obviously regret it if he doesn't have a good time at Ajax and his career declines.

If he works his way in to the team and they do well, he won't regret it, especially if we're still in the Championship.

I would think hes regretting it already. Fans kicking **** out of the stadium, no real role for him. Guy who signed him sacked.

Least hell have the extra 10k a week
