If things stay the same, I doubt very much Akpom will be at Ajax next season. Probably a mid to lower end prem club might take a chance on him or midtable french or german side. He needs to be playing at his age. Hopefully he will have learned a lesson before choosing his next club.

He'd suit Portugal top 3 or 4 down to the ground.
I'm glad he got his payday elsewhere from the UK , watching him tied to sheff Utd or alike would be a true waste.
At least the lifestyle on the continent isn't as toxic as here

Seeing him on the bench for a season in Holland isn't exactly doing his career any good, but is he bothered?

The coach who was there when he was signed didn't want him, so didnt play him (along with other signings)
The coach who came in was better for him and he got some time but he didnt really grasp his opportunity fully, but, reality is, he has Brobbey and Bergwijn in front of him for starting positions

Brobbey is like a Poundland version of Lukaku with a touch of Michael Ricketts thrown into the mix. Just my opinion of course.

I feel sorry for Chuba for is fee you would expect him to start more than 3 games this season and he scores when he comes on.

He probably nearly doubled his pay and has had some Euro football, so he will see that as positive.

Ajax have had poor value though.
