All Covid restrictions to end.

I have just said the same thing to my wife. If you have any communicable disease it would be reasonable for people to have to isolate until they recover. We're not used to that, but there is no reason why it shouldn't be the norm if you are feeling unwell.

We would need proper sick pay for those organizations that don't offer full pay when you are ill
Thats always going to be the barrier, the sick pay levels in this country are an utter joke

Saying that I thankfully work for a business that offers full sick pay yet pre covid you would regularly get people coming into work with colds/sickness bugs etc just to show they were willing to work. Its sadly just the culture we have had pushed on us and one I will never understand

To offer proper sick pay we need honest employees not looking to fake illness in order to stay home and watch cricket.
You will always have the tiny minority that will cheat the system, same with anything but its no reason not to implement something that will be a lifeline to millions

I do wonder if that attitude will change a bit post covid as we are more aware the damage we can do to others. We can hope so.

I think it will just go entirely back to how we used to do it, we go to work unless we are to ill to get up. That would be ashame, but I'm all for moving in from isolation periods now, the final thing is to stop handing out free tests and start investing the billions going into test and trace into softening the blow of the energy price increases (I know this bunch would never do that)
