Suggestions needed for an All inclusive next year.

2 Adults and a 10 year old who loves the pools (not Hartlepool)
Not too fussed on Turkey
Maybe near a resort to enable us to go out for a few meals that aren't buffet style
Price - £1500 - £2000 pp

We did Tui Holiday Village Majorca last year with an 4 year old and an 9 month old and really couldn’t fault it, not 5 star as advertised but a decent 4. Only downside was a bit of a mission away from the resort. Teesside flights as well which were worth their weight in gold. Loads of older kids there too and activities for them.

I was going to suggest Cancun as well. But with most of the hotels, you are quite limited to the hotel as far as food is concerned, unless you are at the town end of the hotel zone. Playa Del Carmen less so.
If I was going back I might be more tempted by Xpuha/Akumal/Tulum areas.

One on the west coast of Corfu is Domes Glyfada, if you can find the right package. Fantastic beach. Other local restaurants and places to visit (Pelekas, the water park, Corfu town...short bus ride).

We went to gouves water park in crete in early July....me hubby and a 15 year old....loved it!

I heard them in session on the John Peel Show. Great band.

Have a look at long hall rather than the European and Turkish resorts, done Cancun area and not long got back from the Dominican Republic. Loved it and you get a lot more for your money. Mexico seems to have gone up in price a little, we paid about £1350ish for the Dominican this year..... Mexico was about £1600ish when we priced it up. Both very nice and worth every penny.

Porto Santo. It’s an island off Madeira. . Hotels Pestana and Columbus. Both TUI hotels and you can use them both, doesn’t matter which one you book, plenty of pools and restaurants. Part of the resort is owned by Ronaldo and some other Portuguese footballers. We were in a villa next to Tiago when we went . Right on the beach, 5 minutes from the airport and entertainment was pretty good.

Took a last minute one a few years back and ended up in a charming little spot called Olhos D'Agua near Albufeira. Nice pool and a beautiful beach with a sprinkling of restaurants and bars. Decent food and drink, I rarely opt for all inclusive but we had a few meals there, dined elsewhere most evenings. Compact, pretty and bars showing football matches.

Just checked on Google Maps, 3HB Hotel Guarana.

The Holiday Villages are spot on for that age (and the OP) to be fair and in the right price bracket. The best one is Rhodes from our experience (and also speaking to others who have been to.multiple resorts).

We are trying Turkey Holiday Village this year with 11, 7 and 6 year olds
