People need proper legal representation regardless of their alleged crimes, to suggest this shouldnt happen is going down a very dangerous path

Its not quite as serious but the majority of solicitors I've used during the buying and selling of houses have been useless. I'd even go as far as saying the majority are dishonest.

How much were you paying and what were the issues?

Just presume they're guilty without representation based on the fact they've previously been a bit of a scrote? Sounds fair.
