* Arsenal v Chelsea *

Arsenal are playing some wonderful football tbf, but Chelsea are a complete basket case right now, they look like a pub team defensively, I know inflation is running rife, but if thats what 1/2 a billion pound buys you nowadays, we must be in Venezuelan territory now, that or Garry Monk has had a hand in their transfer negotiations
 
Chelsea's players are mentally p*ss weak and are just not willing to roll their sleeves up and battle. Confidence might be shot to sh*t but they look as though they are just going through the motions, counting down until their end of season bling-tastic Dubai holidays.

The only goal Chelsea have scored since Lampard came in is a Connor Gallagher deflected shot in a 2-1 defeat to Brighton. He really has made things worse.

Does he have a future in management after this?

He did a decent job at Derby, but by the looks of it always thought he was better than he actually was. Mad to take the Everton and Chelsea jobs, only one way the clubs were heading - with or without him.

Needs to step down to a well run Championship level club, take a step back and build a team up.

Crazy thing with managers, no matter how bad they have been, always seems to be a new opportunity just around the corner.
