I think its down to Eddie Howe, he's created a very good team, not sure if he's spent millions more than he would have, maybe in a season or two they'll spend really big & challenge City, but when you think this time last season they were in the bottom 3 now a pkibt behibd Spurs who sit 3rd, great win for them this afternoon

To be fair at the moment it seems more to do with Eddie Howe than the £millions.

As mentioned they spent over £200m, once Bruce went they did not improve until after / towards end of the that window. They spent a fair bit..

£25m for Chris wood, another £20+ on burns from Brighton and some others..

Not saying he ain’t helped but would say the new players have just as much if not more than Howe.

I do think they bought well and haven’t tried to bring in the Ronaldo sit Harlands of the world and went for the next step up rather than trying for the best player in world

It's shocking to think a player of Kane's quality is probably going to finish his club career without any honours to his name.

He should have pushed harder for a move away in the past.

He has no divine right. He could have moved on but took the cash offered by Spuds. Should be thankful of his career and that he was not playing in League 2 or non league all his life.
