Back line gives me kittens

Seems like Lenihan is the early season scapegoat. Led by example in the last 15 minutes yesterday…I think he will be fine once he’s fully settled in!

New keeper, new centre half, new left wing back, Fry's first start, McNair has had one championship start at the back and one in midfield. It takes time for understanding to build and the unit to gel. Good defending is all about the unit.

I'm not sure anyone is scapegoating him, it's more that he has made some clear mistakes and needs to settle down and use his head not go thundering after everything, he can do it, bit he is adjusting to a new team and hasn't quite got there yet

He didn't, Wilder said it was tactical.
From what I've seen so far, lenihan isn't fit to lace Frys boots.
i totally agree. Fry wasn't good the last 2 games, but he generally has some decent composure. Lenihan's decsion making on diving into tackles has been poor. He was brought in for a large part due to his leadership qualities, but you have to be on top of your own game before you can hold any leadership credentials.
Having said that I am expecting them all to improve though, especially if we get a LCB in and get a settled back 3
