Surprised? . Even you would agree that he would be guilty of a massive deflection had he done so. Mind you it takes one hypocrite to know another.I'm surprised he agreed to it. Also surprised he didn't let out a sly dig at hers and Burley's party that forced Sky's hand such is the man he is.
I don’t disagree with that at all; however Sunak has problems appealing to some of the right wing voters for obvious, vile reasons. As someone else said seeing the back of Johnson is bad news in the long run for Labour. Hes already a lame duck in terms of winning the next election. Whatever happens resignation or not he will not be leader come election day. Sunak is far more credible than Johnson.
I largely agree that Hunt's remain stance might be a problem to the ERG who hold a lot of power. I also think Sunak isn't tory enough to be elected in a leadership contest. Small government, low taxation doesn't really align with his time as chancellor.I don’t disagree with that at all; however Sunak has problems appealing to some of the right wing voters for obvious, vile reasons.
Truss is useless as is Raab and Patel would also turn off swathes of potential Tory voters.
It really sums things up when the person who is perhaps the best man for the Tory job is Jeremy Hunt.
I think he’d make the best PM of all the possible candidates but that really highlights how low the bar is. However, with his remain stance I don’t think he’d be allowed to get near the job.
‘When I left the shop with 2 bottles of gin m, no one told me that I had to pay for them’'Nobody told me what we were doing broke the rules'. He shouldn't need to be told!! My god man.
Beth Rigby isn't the Prime Minister. She's completely entitled to be a hypocrite in her personal life but still do her job and hold the Government and Johnson to account. Bit like a Doctor who can smoke and drink in his own time but advise patients not to do so. The PM was supposed to be "working" when he attended the party.I'm surprised he agreed to it. Also surprised he didn't let out a sly dig at hers and Burley's party that forced Sky's hand such is the man he is.

When they appointed Sue Grey (or whatever her name is)When is the outcome of the enquiry into all these parties?
Sue Grey Goose? To be fair, he probably didn't think a party could still be a party without copious amounts of Grey Goose, cocaine and strippers.
It's probably at the bottom of Johnson's in-tray already. It does get published until he says so remember. When is the outcome of the enquiry into all these parties?
Aware of this. My comment was more a dig at the slimeball that is Johnson.Beth Rigby isn't the Prime Minister.
