Boris planning to scrap Covid rules completely

Allegedly supposed to begin sacking NHS workers within the next two weeks. If your in a car accident and your leg is hanging off I don't think anyone will care if the ER doctor is vaccinated against covid or not.

One wonders if this country will bring in a similar ruling to Greece.
What did Greece do Randy?

If you think Boris' decision to remove all restrictions is based in any way on medical advice or data, you are either kidding yourself or choosing to be taken in by the tousle haired buffoon.

The latest "developments" are 100% a smoke screen and diversion tactic to ensure he stays in a job after being caught blue handed breaking the law on multiple occasions during the last 2 years.

Oh deary me. You think taxing someone for exercising autonomy over their bodies is the same as insisting on a seatbelt? Please tell me you are being contrary, and not serious?
I didn't say that try and read what I actually said.
I simply pointed out that re-offending against a given law or mandate is a fine not a tax.

NHS workers are already required to have their vaccinations up to date. That is mandatory. I see absolutely no difference with this. The thing that will cripple the NHS (which is on its knees) is a surge of cases brought about by lifting restrictions. It's a nonsense.

Let the bodies pile high indeed.

I reckon people would quickly change their mind if, when ringing an ambulance, nobody turns up. That is how serious it is getting. Some friends of mine work in top positions in local hospitals and some further afield. People honestly don't know how close these services are to breaking. It would be an act of reckless stupidity to simply open everything up and move on. We are still seeing record numbers of deaths on the rolling 7 day average. Hundreds of deaths a day is now being normalised.

But yeah, we need to live with it.

Our COVID numbers have reduced right down but our ambulance service has stopped doing routine appointments. The main reason for this is that every ambulance has to have a qualified paramedic in it and due to isolation there needed to be a reduction in the amount of ambulances on the road.

Johnson is DEFINITELY the c nt who throws women and kids overboard in a desperate bid for a lifeboat*. He really is.

* lifeboat may be subject to Royal Navy interception and destruction processes on arrival into UK waters

COVID numbers will continue to reduce whilst the testing regime becomes less onerous. Once PCR tests stopped being mandatory it is almost certain that LTFs stopped being registered.

That isn't the main reason that services (not necessarily just ambulance services) are being stopped or adversely impacted. Not according to the people that would know.

150k testing positive for the 1st time, the government figures don't include those catching it for a second.
Is that true? How does the government separate positive tests into those who have not had Covid before, and those who have?
Deaths within 28 days of a positive test, also excludes people that die of Covid on day 29+.
Surely someone who tests positive will have further tests until such time as they test negative? The stats show people dying WITH Covid, not dying OF Covid.

All NHS frontline workers have to be vaccinated is a broad brush stroke Adi. I think Hep B requires vaccination and in very few cases Hep A. For all diseases screening for antibodies is accepted in place of vaccination.

I mean COVID numbers in my hospital have reduced and I do know the reasons why services have been impacted and it's a lot more complicated that just COVID.
