They could have a folder in their inbox with all their e-confirmations?Not a fan of digital only. Used to love going through our dads/uncles/cousins old ticket stub collection of matches, gigs etc. Find it quite sad that today's generation will have no physical evidence of events

I live in London. I encounter barriers with people ahead fiddling with their smartphones on a daily basis. It's not quicker.

Apparently there’s a facility to share tickets.I know a couple of people who share a Season Ticket, I wonder how they are going to manage that? Or If I can't go how do I let someone else use my ticket?

I didn't say it did take longer. But I was responding to someone who said it was quicker. Though now you point it out, once your card is out of your wallet all you have to do is put it on/into a reader. If it's on your 'phone then there's a couple of more actions you have to do before you put it on the reader.How can it take longer to get a phone out over a ticket out of your wallet?
