So as a gay man if I had my way like to stick him back in the closet.
Or “them” since I’m not allowed to call him a him.
I think he’s a stupid attention seeking pr*ck that does more harm than good !!!
I've just had the same conversation with a mate of mine. I have absolutely no problem with people being who they are, identifying how they feel comfortable life's too short etcetera
What I have a massive dislike of is when people take the mick (and I don't mean be nasty or abusive) but joking around and people use that as an excuse to say they are being persecuted and others are being "phobic" so take these things too far as they think they are untouchable but like u say do more harm than good. Anyone wearing that tonight would be having the p!ss ripped out of them and rightly so

I tried to watch it for the music.. even if it’s not my genre but I just couldn’t.. all I could see was Sam fox and mick fleetwood.. the presenting tries to be so hip but failed so bad… and I don’t think it’s because I am too old to appreciate it..

All the young and self- obsessed making acceptance speeches tonight failed to mention the great Burt Bacharach. He is responsible for much of the greatest music of all time and undoubtedly an indirect (at least) influence on all of them. Obviously I’m an old fart to and watched this with my younger daughters drooling at Harry Styles

It was widely reported that Jarvis bared his **** at Jacko, but as far as I could see he just bent over and wiggled his fingers at him.
It’s all just corporate bollox in the end. Harry S is just the latest cash generator…there’s been many before and the treadmill will continue to churn out more, that’s why it’s called the music ‘industry’ Pop music is designed to be disposable. You have to hit age group targets.
How many bands/ singers say…we made 6 albums, and you realise that in fact they made one album 5 times over. Just keep the churn going

One of my friends works with Harry and tours with him all over the world. Was at The Brits and the Grammys last week - next stop the rest of the world tour.
He thinks Harry is a really wonderful human being - kind, caring and considerate to all the team.
The key people around him are the abusers running his life to maximise £.
Harry‘s life has been a musical treadmill. He knows no better and is some kind of doom loop.
This isn’t uncommon - Sam Fender is on that road.
Twas ever thus. It is the music "industry" after all. The Beatles, The Jacksons, the Monkees, The Sex Pistols ... all "commodities", all rinsed by the industry in one way or another. If you are successful, it's how it works ... even at Indie level. That just looks cuter.
At least Harry Styles makes some decent music. As It Was is quite brilliant (thanks Aha), but also Boyfriends (seek at the acapella version on youtube) and Sign of the Times. All really good.
As pop stars go he's pretty cool too.

Wetleg are great but I’ve never heard such awful acceptance speeches. They can sing and play in front of thousands of people but can’t say a few coherent words of thanks - baffling!
Yep, I did some back line crew work on a couple of tours. One on a world tour, the other Europe and two US jaunts. They were both biggish names. All the guys were a great bunch and everyone was well looked after. No us and them.

Imagine growing up a closeted queer kid and seeing him dressed like that. Or even a closeted gay man. Or even being gay and trying to live as much a normal life as possible - so many LGBT folk struggle mentally - that’s another discussion though
