Anyone but Sunderland if we don't go up.If we don't get promoted, then I don't really care who goes up instead of us. But I would not mind it being Luton just for the fact that no one would have predicted it.

I don’t mind Luton at all and there is nothing wrong about playing to your strengths. If we don't get promoted, then I don't really care who goes up instead of us. But I would not mind it being Luton just for the fact that no one would have predicted it.
I've said it elsewhere, Carrick has played a blinder here. Their players will know we were by far the better team on the day. A day where (fortunately) the result didnt matter. A rare thing in championship football. And they will also be fully aware that we were hugely under strength. Keeping Chuba back from the game but letting him study their defenders is priceless. We know a lot more about them, and they know very little more about us. Masterstroke from Carrick in his team selection and managing the whole psychology of the situation.
Even if we can get one or two key players back fit (Fry, Ramsey, and Forss maybe), I'm confident we can gain promotion.
While thinking we'd practically made the autos after beating the Blades was well premature, there's a bit of a difference. You mean the way many on here talked after our Bramall Lane win?
I don't think he will get to Wembley to cry tbh.He was very smug after his dive and penalty and was clearly winding up a couple of our players.
Hopefully they can remind him of this when he's sat crying on the Wembley pitch in a months time.
Oh I would love to beat this tin pot ******* at Wembley and give them a good kicking
Doesn’t take much to get in their heads does it
I didn’t see anyone saying we had made the autos after that win, not one personWhile thinking we'd practically made the autos after beating the Blades was well premature, there's a bit of a difference.
We beat the Blades at their place, comprehensively, dominating them all over the pitch.
Luton managed to steal a win only by cheating with their full-strength side v half of our reserves, at their place.
From what I saw against Luton, our reserves would give City a decent game, provided we had a proper ref….Oh I would love to beat this tin pot ******* at Wembley and give them a good kicking
