What people tell me is he really enjoys the support as well - it means a lot to him the fans in the grounds home and away getting behind the team and being a really big part of the Boro picture.

Great news. He’s the fifth longest serving manager in the league, and hopefully he sees this club can and will give him time to develop and build a legacy. This season is a great example, another club could easily have sacked him, but how short sighted would that have been.

Not since McClaren has it felt we’ve had manager, players, chairman, recruitment all pulling in the same direction. Long may it continue. I’m sure MC has a big future in coaching ahead of him, we need to enjoy him while we can.
