Coburn was fantastic today against some quality, mature and big Central Defenders. He is 20 and, barring serious injuries, he is going to be an absolutely monstrous striker to play against for many years to come. I do get the Kane comparisons and like Kane, JC is actually deceptively quick in a straight line. Best bit is he is ours.

I thought he was very good today. He outpaced their defenders a few times and produced some good runs. He's quicker than he looks.

He had a good game yesterday, gave as good as he got. If he keeps improving he'll be a very decent striker.

Harry Kane was out on loan until he was 21. He was average on his 4 loans to Orient (League 1), Millwall (Championship), Norwich (PL, played 3, no goals) and Leicester (Championship) scoring 14 goals in 56 matches. Josh is 20, playing in a hard league, up front on his own in a new team with 12 new signings. For people writing him off there is a faint chance that he may improve.

It sounds like some people weren’t at the game if they think Coburn didn’t come close to scoring, for example, his header wasn’t that far away.
He was excellent yesterday, drew foul after foul from Leicester that the referee never gave, a couple of which, if off the field, were assaults. Josh held the ball up really well and pulled us up field.
