I pointed out the difference between a criminal and civil trail. The fact that the latter does not require proof beyond reasonable doubt, means they have not proved anything. As I pointed out a lot of americans see the trial as a political hit job, hence why his poll ratings are unaffected by the verdict.

It seems on here, when it comes to Trump people seem unable to debate on facts but instead descend quickly into personal abuse.

Well it means that he is in the opinion of the jury a sex offender on the standard of proof they were asked to decide upon.

In circumstances where they were shown evidence that he was happy to brag about sexually assaulting women whilst being recorded on video.

In his deposition in that case, he said basically that famous people have been able to commit sexual crimes since the beginning of recorded history with impunity and that he couldn’t say either way whether or not that was a bad thing or not.

He is vile, he is a criminal, a fraudster/sexual offender, serial liar, narcissist and political opportunist and Putin and co love him.

A 'standard of proof' which was very, very low.

No physical evidence, no eye witnesses able to place the two of them together at the scene, no specific time or date the offence occurred. The last one being important as person like Trump that travels and carries out a lot of business engagements can usually prove where he was at any given time.

If a few people from on here were on the jury, they wouldn't need much 'proof' to find against him.
 
To say Trump is a peace loving dove and didn’t start conflicts is completely disingenuous.

He might not put boots on the ground in a new country, but he did do the following.

He launched more drone strikes in his 4 years than Obama did in 8. One of his first decisions when he got into the White House was to approve a raid that killed an America child, one which Obama refused because it was to risky. He never withdrew from Afghanistan like he said he would. He assassinated an Iranian general who was fighting ISIS almost instigating a war. He ripped up the nuclear agreement with Iran which they were abiding by, paving the way for them to continue developing nuclear weapons.

It’s complete bull that he’s the peace candidate in American politics.

Rape is notoriously difficult to adjudicate beyond reasonable doubt when it comes to one word vs another, as it invariably does - hence the abysmal conviction rate. Are you completely blind to Trump's track record? Was the Billy Bush tape fabricated? His association with Jeffrey Epstein entirely innocuous? The rape allegation of his ex wife? Looks like a duck and says quack.

If he wanted to face her in court he could have done, he said he would but he had “a business engagement” at a golf course as I remember. He didn’t fancy answering questions about his alleged conduct I wonder why?



Court cases are a big subject with DT.

60 odd court cases all about the election apart from 1 minor issue he lost them all.

“”11,000 votes” that’s all he needed to find to try and disenfranchise 80, million people in January 2022.

He is most certainly a criminal. He hasn’t been convicted but that doesn’t alter the situation.

He also created the red line time line gir a withdrawal in Afghanistan thst did Cost many many lives this giving the country back to the Talliban.

And again dropped the largest conventional non nuclear weapon in the us military arsenal the MOAB purely because he could.

The first thing any rape investigation would seek to establish is to place the accused in the vicinity of the accuser at the time of the allegation. If that can't be proven the investigation will go nowhere. You can't base a rape accusation on previous boorish comments or because he knows someone.
