Decking Paint Removal

Can anyone recommend a good paint remover for the decking - it’s had a few too many layers of paint so I want to remove and start again.

Lots claim to remove paint but the reviews are bad.

Any tips?

could try sanding a thin layer off on one end and if you have a good pressure washer use that as if it can get under the paint layers it should be able to lift the paint off.

I was struggling to get paint off my garage door a couple of years ago, but a couple of attempts with the pressure washer did more than sanding, etc.

Ooh I did consider sanding - that’s kinda like a good idea I may well give that a try. Thanks.

I’d try pressure washing, and then sanding the tough bits
