That figure probably if he wins the Ballon Dor and Everton win the Champions League in the next 3 seasons probably. It won’t be anywhere near £40m.Everton close to sealing £40m Alli deal
Everton close in on completing a permanent £40m deal for Tottenham's England midfielder Dele Alli.www.bbc.co.uk
YesAm I the only one who thinks this could be a good signing for Everton? No way are they (or anyone else) going to pay £40m, but if they can find the Dele Alli from 4 or 5 years ago he could be an inspired signing. Admittedly its a risky one, but if they can get him on a loan, or on a structured deal (based on appearances, international caps, goals etc) then its a risk worth taking in my opinion. A move away from Spurs, and London, could be just what he needs.
