Detectorists

Fking get in.... I have only just blasting all 3 series last week for about the 5th time. My favourite series that has ever been made. Tempted to start again now.
 
Love the programme, but can only (legally) get the first 2 series on either netflix or acorn, very annoying.

I'm going have to get me one of them there vpn thingys.

I always think that's more of a worry for the writers/producers etc. All about their reputation, or the programme's reputation for me.

For a viewer though if it was rubbish it shouldn't make the existing series any less enjoyable. It would be just be a bit disappointing. But I'd rather they try (particularly if they think there's still a good story to tell) and fail than not try at all. It might well end up being brilliant.
