I can't be bother trawling through articles and threads, so could somebody kindly answer whether my physical season card will work this season or will I have to download something?

What if i lose it because its soo small or the lion rubs off. I cant believe the club expect me to now have to buy a pair of scissors as well as a season card.

They’re putting the season card on your phone then charging ing £1.50 for you to scan your own phone on the turnstile.
It’s the easier and cheaper (more expensive and difficult) option that we always opt for
 
Is they a issue with people losing their season tickets or something or forgetting to bringing it to the game. As for me I just have it in my wallet at all times and don't think could be a easier way of getting into the staidum. This digital stuff you have to charge your phone, press all different buttons. More of a chew on
 
They’ve sent me a new season card for some reason. I contacted them to see why. The lady’s response, after checking my account was…. In order to replace your old one. I asked if the other card In the household was to be replaced too and was told only if we send a replacement !!!

I did then ask what prompted the issuing of a new card and was it anything to do with the new digital system, she told me she didn’t know why as it didn’t say on my records. What a complete and utter waste of money. I should be grateful I wasn’t charged postage and packing I suppose. This being on the back of being issued with not 1, but 2 replacements last year. They don’t seem bothered that they seem to be randomly wasting money.
