the worry i would have is that i knew absolutely nothing about having to update the ticket. i can see people turning up having not even looked in the wallet and finding the millwall info still there

Sign into your MFC digital account click on menu, click on tickets, in the top right it will say hello and your name, click on it, on the page that opens it will say season ticket in the middle of that page with your name, under that in red it will say options, click on options and it will open up the page you need to down load your ticket - you will see a little + sign in a circle, click on it and you’ll see the download option - once you have clicked that download option your ticket should appear in your digital b***ks nonsense what a feck on wallet 😵‍💫 my nephew is sat right next to me showing what a faff on it is

Sorry can't find it. I do appreciate your help. Got my full name.on a couple of pages. Got my season ticket number when I click 'linked accounts' but not in brackets. Don't want to waste your time too much but just can't find it. Thanks for trying to help me though

Some of you might find this to be quite useful. I have no idea why our club didn’t make their own video guide but the system looks pretty much identical to ours even down to the readers in the stadium so it all should apply.

 
This is definitely going to catch a few out on Saturday if it doesn’t auto download for people - the stewards better have a panic room to go escape to by 2.55pm on Saturday 😵‍💫

I think it will work regardless of whether you update or not looking at the what has been said at other clubs employing the same ticketing system
 
I have gone back into my account and downloaded the Huddersfield ticket which is now in my e wallet for Saturday. I still think you should either have a generic ‘season ticket’ that just stays in your e wallet all season with your name block / seat number or immediately after the game the e wallet automatically moves the next games ticket into your wallet. I can see with the second option problems with cup home cup games - God help us all on here if we get a home cup draw 😂😂

The club didn't send me a direct email informing me about this coming in, so to be honest the first I heard of it was on here. I have asked @fmttmadmin if they would mind asking the club to email all season ticket holders to inform them of home fixture changes. I think they should also have emailed season ticket holders about this.
