I thought that the ball had crossed the line but crooks had pushed the ball over with his hand. I was listening to the Huddersfield commentators and they had no idea what had happened or why a free kick was given.

I saw that on the replay, Crooks did guide the ball over.

I saw that on the replay, Crooks did guide the ball over.

The highlights are on MFC website. The ball didn't cross the line and the ref didn't point to the centre spot or give the goal. Crooks did handball it though.
