Don't think its a case of that, just how a fresh start can have an effect on a player, maybe a different man management style - Spence has been prised highly in his 3 games for them. We all know some of Warnocks behavior during matches is embarrassing, jumping about, gesticulating like a tool... maybe the players aren't impressed or motivated either by it

Exactly - he's enjoying his football. Warnocks way of managing him wasn't working or getting through, we all saw the talent when Spence broke into the team, then he seemed to stagnate, same with Coulson and Wing to an extent. Looks like we've let a decent asset go who'll no doubt be sold. Potential balls up by the club if he's sold. You're right about Saville though, just never did it for us
