Do you honestly think the players are giving their all? Why not?

Its easy to say the players aren't trying. I can't see many professionals going out not to win. Its a cop out and make believe thing for fans or press to say.

For me its confidence or not being very good or a mixture of the two. Theres a few players I don't rate but its more lack of form or quality for me

I know confidence is lower than a snakes t*ts and has a negative impact but are they’re giving it 100%?
It doesn’t look it to me.
Azaz barely broke sweat again.
McGree, I think, looks like a player with an eye on a transfer.
Thomas and ayling look like loan players who aren’t fully committed.
I’m not sure it’s the attitude or style of player but everything looks awkward and forced and it’s starting to show. Barlasser is making even more mistakes than before Christmas. The gaps today between latte and the midfield was frightening at times.
VDB looks a player who regrets coming here with every goal that goes in.
Injuries obviously haven’t helped this season and a multitude of things have gone wrong.
I don’t know the honest answer but today and the last few games (Leicester aside, where we were a little fortunate by the way)
the commitment and fight has been lacking

Of course they are giving their all. They’re professional athletes. They want to win.

I think they are trying to be honest

The team completely lacks physicality, it must be the fluffiest, softest , slowest and smallest front 6 i have seen in a boro XI

We got rid of Rogers 6ft 4" and crooks 6ft 5" with no replacements and its left us with snow white and the seven dwarfs as attacking options
Rogers and Crooks both must have grown overnight

The wins will come when we get hackney, fry and coburn back. The question is will we get them back.

Jones isn't as big a miss as we have forss.

Smith is a big miss too. Ayling has been poor. I would play van Der berg there.
There you go FACEFUZZ

A bit of analysis and perspective rather than just panic (with the greatest respect)
I think Carrick has enormous respect in the dressing room as he never criticises players to the press or anyone and players love that.
We’ve got a horrendous injury list and that’s taking it’s toll despite replacements

Utb

Call to arms though. We really need to get behind the boys on Wednesday. Please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I think the players are trying , but they are trying to play technically and taking training drills into match day .
What's needed is energy , intensity , and fire in the belly .
We need Leo and a bit of chest beating .

I think Crooks leaving knocked the stuffing out of the team and fans. What sort of sales pitch must they have done to Finn Azaz, he must be feeling he’s been had over.
