Here's an idea, we vaccinate everyone and only allow those who've been vaccinated to carry on with pre pandemic life. We'll give them an app or a little card as proof. It doesn't matter that the vaccine works, stops transmission, stops people dying, we can't have two fully vaccinated people in the same room together without the passport.
