Electric and Gas Cost

Also it hasn’t been clarified wether the 40 quid a year you pay back is going to be subject to VAT as well

wow that is bad. If gas prices keep going up over the next few years we will end up paying higher prices plus paying back the loan which will be even worse.

Absolutely not. Not even worth considering. Try and ue more of something we know for a fact is destroying the world we live in? No thank you
So what's the short/medium term solution? Wind and solar power can't power mine and millions of other's gas boilers and gas central heating.

While oil companies are shelling out billions in dividends to their shareholders, Old rishi it giving the bankers a 5% tax cut & they are doing f all about bills going through the roof just remember Tory MP Nadhim Zahawi who voted not to cut the VAT on energy to help people & voted to give the banker their windfall tax cut used to heat his stables to the tune of £5822.27 & charge the energy bills back on parliamentary expenses.

We’ll be doing what my neighbours did in their rented house in the 70’s, nicking a ladder, removing the wooden staircase and strategically lifting some floorboards for firewood. Going to be hard for folk in bungalows and flats with concrete flooring mind.

Interviewer: What’s happening? French energy prices held at 4% UK up to 54%

Nadhim Zahawi: The French are scaring off a lot investors by this action

WTAF

Yes it is, and Macron decides and puts out the edict. Plus there’s elections coming up😉
So EDF Energy in the UK are raking it in. Parent EDF (Electricite de France) in France are restricted to 4% price rise.

So we pay more to EDF group so they can still pay huge dividends, and UK customers get to subsidise their French customers.

Is this another Brexit benefit or is it just a levelling up, brought to us by lying Tory c***ts.
