So Russians playing in Ukraine and Ukrainians playing in Russia would definitely be not permitted, is that right?
 
Cheap time to buy Russians or players playing in Russia, you would get them less than half price with them wanting to leave, and the rouble value being halved.

Not that Russia would let them out mind.

I guess they would be covered, Russians playing in Ukraine would be a bit of a hot potato and I doubt many Ukrainians will want to stay in Russia anyway.

Looks at the moment like a lot of the high profile foreign players are staying put in Russia. or at least that's what they saying atm.
A coach for Shakhtar Donetsk has been killed in the fighting, Donetsk is located in the Donbas region and they have been unable to play their home fixtures since the war started (as you would imagine)

The window means that all the contracts are suspended for the rest of the season. Players are free to play for another club without a transfer fee.
