Julien De Sart - playing for Gent, his career hasn’t amounted to much despite being highly rated when we signed him.

Bruno Zucolini - now at River Plate, racked up over 100 games for them. Played his part in the Man United league cup win.

Kenneth Omerou - currently resides in the Spanish second division, I thought he was destined for bigger things in the Premier League, he always looked good for us.

Christian Burgess - remember we picked him up from non league, wasn’t he at a university team? Well now he’s playing in Belgium for Union SG after a decent spell with Portsmouth

Muzzy Carayol - once regarded as our best player at the time by some, still playing and turns out for Burton Albion. Had a spell in Turkey. Journeyman.

Honourable mention to the GOAT Uwe Fuchs the French midfield two that never happened Didier Digard and Malaury Martin.. last but not least the incredible Faris Haroun.. the original Matty Crooks. He should be in the side really.. too controversial to replace Ogbeche up top and Varga would have done a decent job covering for Joe Bennett as he did his best championship Gareth Bale impression.

Most of the players mentioned were first team regulars so hardly forgotten about!

What was that young lad called, possibly Serbian or something, who went to Juve a few years back? And that Irish lad I think he was, possibly in the Robson era, that also went to Juve?
 
George Miller is banging them in for Doncaster this season.

Sam McQueen, as many will remember, had to retire after having his leg snapped in our game against Palace. Never played again.
 
I'll contribute David Kitson. I always forget he played for us. Only on loan mind and only played 6 games, in which he scored 3 goals.

Had been a good player for Reading previously but never really did anything after playing for us. Steadily dropping through the divisions in his remaining 6 years of his career. He played for Portsmouth, Sheffield Utd and Oxford after us.
 
Anyone remember Maxi Haas? I had a mate at the time who was a massive Bayern fan. He was gutted they let us take him, which got me interested. Haas was just a massive nothing.

Seems to have left the game in his 20s after a brief stint in Portugal.

Arnel Jakupovic. Currently plays in Slovenia. Watched that youth team he was in a lot when they went on that european run and always thought him, Hayden Coulson, & Alex Pattison looked most likely to end up in the first team
