Finn Azaz called up for Ireland

Even Johnny Howson was a slow starter and look how important he became for us. I really did think he was sh.ite
He has chosen Ireland (get his EU passport back, at least) rather than wait for brexit-voting England. Or Israel. 🤔

I have a good feeling about this lad.

Mind you, I did about Barlaser, too.
He was quality for Plymouth in League 1 and at Championship level too. You were hard pressed to find any of their fans saying anything negative about him whatsoever when he left. I have quite high hopes that he will be a very good signing in the medium / long term.

Scored a couple of good goals for us already too, particularly the one again Preston.
I think he's suffered a bit from "Rogers syndrome", when a new player is introduced into a team when they coincidentally are going through a poor run of form, they get a lot of the blame.
