Teesworks exists

Finally the local press have become aware of Teesworks and the questions being asked about it.
Interesting that its not open for commnets though.

How come that Houchen and Clarke seem to think that the only person asking questions is Andy McDonald under parliamentary privilege, so they can't sue.
Have they never heard of Private Eye?

If it had been 1hr away, sold food or fish & chips, they would have heard of it.

"It is thought that Teesworks have confirmed that the site’s assets have not been acquired due to an “unacceptable act”. It is also understood the warranties state: “Nor have they hidden or dissimulated, and will not hide or dissimulate the nature origin, location, disposition, or ownership of assets, rights or values.”

Any contract experts on here? Is it normal to have clauses so blatantly denying corruption?

There we go that's fixed it. No one will ask questions with that sort of assurance.

When a tory tells you something is legit.. that's the exact moment in time you realise it is crooked..

Hold the front page - New Greggs to open at Teesport
As a family member, can I just say that is total b******s. It is opening at the Ben.t.Houchen centre, pasties and steak bakes will cost £300 million pounds, unless you are a local (Wynyard) property developer or dodgy security company owner, in which case we will pay them to stick their grubby fingers in our pastry products.

Or this message board?

Or Tees Valley Monitor?

Or every other man and his dog?

Or some one on the breadline on Teesside has been prosecuted for claiming £1000 over 2 years, they should not have and has to pay it back plus court costs.
