Luke Young for Gretar Steinsson - baulked at the £4m transfer so spent £3.5m on Justin Hoyte
Lee Cattermole for Graham Dorrans - turned our noses up (Mark Proctor recommendation £100k) went for Didier Digard £4m
Fabio Rochenback for - Charlie Adam turned our noses up (Mark Proctor recommendation £500k) went for Marvin Emnes £3.2m

With David Datro Fofana to Burnley.. the wheels are set in motion for Seville to sign Kevin Denkey. €11.5m + 10% of a future sale.

If nothing goes wrong, the footballer could arrive in Seville next Monday.

Danksy/Denksey... wouldn't have worked.. and would I really have been able to cope with your detective work being better than mine on my own ITK thread... tough one to take.
 
I think you were probably right with your first guess tbh.

17 goals, foreign sounding name, £3-4m price tag.


DENKEY will always be the one that got away. Gutted.
