But Rob you’ve defended the club to the hilt. Explained over and over how they’re going to put out a detailed and comprehensive statement. Then when it wasn’t detailed and comprehensive there would be an FAQ. An FAQ that has been silently edited at least twice now and is openly contradicted by a post today on the club’s official website.

Could the club get a grip on the situation quickly please as it’s fast becoming a farce.
 
Highlighting discrepancies is one thing. Constantly sniping is another.

If they got their act together and stopped making repeated ridiculous mistakes then this wouldn’t be needed. Remember we were promised a full and comprehensive statement, then when it wasn’t an FAQ and now the FAQ has silently been changed twice and contradicted by another post on the club’s own site put up yesterday. It is a shambles.

Ok well only the club can fix it. Until then if they keep making basic mistakes then they’re going to be called out on it.

As I said highlighting mistakes is fine but constantly sniping is boring. How many times do you feel the need to post this or similar

You're bloody good at moaning, I'll give you that.

He’s our representative and speaking directly to the club. I also think the club haven’t helped him and Mark - they defended the club based on the club’s promises then the club messed it up again.

The reason I complain is that a. I believe if you want things to change you have to articulate what is wrong and b. I’ve seen the club run appallingly on and off the field for so long that I’ve had enough. What some people may not see as major issues really annoy me because it’s more of the same nonsense. Individual errors are understandable but when you keep doing it and compounding them then that’s not.

Yes but asking Rob to criticise the club on a public forum won't help will it!

You're criticising the club from top to bottom without even offering any sort of answer (and yes that's not for you to solve).

I understand MFC haven't helped matters whatsoever with their lack of communication and lack of detail in their statements, however give them some sort of allowance. These are unprecedented times and no matter what avenue they were to go down, they were never going to keep every single fan/supporter happy.

I'm sure if you gave MFC ticketline or customer services a ring/email asking them to answer your concerns and/or queries, you'd get a quicker and more straight answer than constantly moaning and groaning on a supporters forum.

I realise that criticising Rob isn't the solution - I'm not criticising, if you read my posts I'm clear I think the club told Rob and Mark something they then failed to deliver on.

Their allowance ran out when they kept everyone waiting and then caused even more problems with their botched announcement that required an FAQ, at least 2 quiet changes to said FAQ and then had part of the FAQ contradicted by another new post on the club's official site.

Again if they had a longstanding history of running the club professionally and well then I'd be only too happy to overlook issues but when these issues keep happening they are multiplied.

I also appreciate they're not going to keep every fan happy, however they broke their own policies when they used GC status for priority ticketing and then their admin failed again when they forgot to turn off the ticketing system and therefore allowed people who didn't have a GC to renew when they shouldn't have.

It's pointless speaking to the club directly myself, I've tried and got nowhere, whereas at least Rob seems to be able to affect some change even if it is after they've made another error. The club haven't communicated with the fans prior to this announcement but they have been communicating with people like Rob and Mark so it's not unreasonable for us to raise issues with them.

I tried renewing and it wont let me 🤔
