I have a question or two regarding the season tickets & streaming pass that maybe someone can answer.
If my daughter and myself are not successful how will the free stream option work?
As far as I understand we can keep our application in and get the streaming service until there is a greater attendance allowed. Should we then be allowed into the stadium, a pro-rata refund will given to us.....is this correct?
If it is correct then will both tickets be pro-rata refunds?
I ask this because as a junior she would be watching the match with me and we would only be using one code for the streaming service, although i suspect that because the service is provided to both SC holders its is our prerogative on whether we use them both.

You’ll get pro-rata refunds regardless for both tickets, the streaming is just an added bonus.

Surely you won’t pay anything for the streaming it is free so long as you commit to renewing

There are limited tickets available and you're buying two tickets. One of which won't be used. Can't you see why that's an issue?

If you miss say 6 match’s you’re get 6x match refund
Full st price divided by 23 games x number of match’s missed it is that simple

He means after the point where they would be allowed back into the ground.
At that point they wouldn't get free streaming.

Not really no. I am entitled to do what I want. Hopefully the ticket can still get used and a friend or family member can come with me until she can come again. Don’t see how it’s an issue at all to be honest.

Well they wouldn’t need streaming then because they are back in the ground and at some point they would both receive their refunds pro rata

Where as if I didn’t get her a ticket I would be stopping her going when she was able to after the pregnancy. I would rather upset poor humpty off fmttm than my partner so I think I will get over it mate.

They’ll be flapping now in case Boris doesn’t let us back in.
Just checked and mine is the same, assume it is to do with the renewal window closing and then starting to reallocate seats based on bubbles and social distancing requirements.
