I have emailed them.
Yes you will for any games that may be behind closed doors.
I’ve Renewed Already. Will I Still Receive A Streaming Pass For Home Matches?
Streaming passes for home fixtures will only be available for fans who have renewed, but not been successful in securing a seat inside the stadium.
this is what it now says after edit
clear as mud
Yes the club has responded to a similar question on Twitter.I think the club have tried to get this right but it is not entirely down to them. I am a GC who lives in the NW. I have renewed but cannot guarantee I can get to every game given there are more midweek games. I read the FAQs and found them confusing on many levels. I interpreted the streaming question for those who had already renewed as suggesting we would not get passes. Has that now been clarified and we will? Will the club reimburse pro-rata given cost of a seat is far more than cost to stream? Why no away streams?
You will be able to stream the Bournemouth game for free. Then hopefully the limited capacity kicks in after that. Once you are able to take a seat in the Riverside you lose your free stream. It is an either or situation.
We asked the club about a scheme to allow season card holders to register matches they could not go to so that a waiting list could fill the empty seats. Unfortunately they could not find a way to do this without completely changing all the pods/bubbles. Also the streaming deal is on allowed by EFL if everyone is a season card holder watching in the stadium or streaming at home. One thing that must be stressed is this season for reasons of track and trace season cards are not transferable. I am sure we all understand that.
So if for some reason I couldn't attend a game then the seats go empty - is that right?
