Good Interview with Carrick in the website

Great interview as he did give us a little insight into how he thinks and I love how he made reference to the academy and looking at talent within as well.

Exciting times
 
Decent if very cliched interview.
I do hope he's a success here and I really wanted us to appoint him, so I'm fully on board.

Will probably take me a bit to get used to that Geordie accent, obviously those in glass houses and all that with the Boro accent, but I always think it makes people sound dozy.
