I tried to flounce a few months ago, after having a disagreement with another poster.

I basically stopped posting for a few months thinking somebody would start a "Where's parmoboy?" thread, and hoped the poster who'd upset me would feel guilty and realise how well respected I am on the board, but nobody did, so I just started posting again.

Was a bit of an anti-climax to be honest.

I got an answer, but it was rubbish. So I phoned a different helpline.
